Best pizza I’ve ever had! The dough is so fresh and the sauce just makes it. So good we ordered another pie!

We had a nice dining experience, highlighted by the incredibly friendly staff and a surprisingly delicious house red wine. We were welcomed with complimentary bread, which paired nicely with the house chili oil provided at the table. If you don't like spicy skip the oil. The pizzas here are generously sized, much larger than we anticipated. Two people could easily share a pizza and a salad for dinner. While some in our group would have preferred a crispier crust, it was actually baked perfectly in line with an authentic Neapolitan style. The favorite of the evening was the Piccante Pizza, the hot honey complimented the pepperoni beautifully. The miss of the night was the Capri pizza, as the chicken we added turned out to be quite dry.

If you want pizza that actually tastes like Italy, this is the place. πŸ•πŸ”₯ Pizzeria Pulcinella is one of those rare spots where the dough, sauce, and wood-fired oven come together perfectly. The crust is light, airy, and beautifully charred, with authentic Neapolitan flavor instead of being overloaded with cheese. The atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming, almost like a small family pizzeria somewhere in Naples. You can immediately tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the service makes the whole experience even better. Easily one of the best places for authentic Neapolitan pizza in the Seattle area. Definitely coming back.

I love Pizzeria Pulcinella! I think the food is great, the atmosphere is comfortable and friendly and the service is top notch. Some of these comments say the food is not authentic, service is bad, etc. but I think otherwise. I’m attaching 4 pictures taken last year. One from Corsica, two from Rome and a menu from Rome. The Corsica picture has pistachio cream, chopped pistachios and Mortadella. From Rome we have spicy salami and a common street scene of pizza baked on flat pans that you buy by the slice. The pizzas at Pulcinella look exactly like their European counterparts. Taste like them too if not better. So I think you can rest assured that the pizzas offered by Pizzeria Pulcinella are authentic in every way. And I think that the bad reviewers should come back and try again when they’re in a better mood.

We had a wonderful time at this Italian restaurant. The burrata was absolutely deliciousβ€” pesto was flavorful and really enhanced the dishes. We tried the Margherita pizza. My friend, who visits often, highly recommended this place, and it lived up to expectations. The service was attentive, and we spent a long, enjoyable time chatting and savoring our meal. A truly delightful dining experience!
